Top Broker Honoree: Colliers’ Chuck Salley

Chuck Salley and his team at Colliers International in South Carolina closed more than $255 million in deals during 2019 across 56 transactions.

Salley, who has been with Colliers since 1981, leads a team of four brokers based in Columbia, SC that perform sales and leasing of industrial properties in central South Carolina.

Over the course of his career, Salley has completed more than 1,000 transactions and represented a number of national and multi-national companies in the Columbia market, including Knauf Insulation, United Technologies, Lennox Industries, Howden Buffalo, ESAB, Sony, RNDC, Interstate Resources and Mainline Express.
