2020 Next Generation Honoree: Land Advisors’ Austin Reilly Excels in CRE and Philanthropy

Austin Reilly joined Land Advisors Organization’s Dallas-Fort Worth team in 2010 to capitalize on the opportunities coming out of the Great Recession by leveraging the national Land Advisors Organization network for handling the disposition of distressed land assets and lot portfolios.

Since joining the firm, Reilly has helped to expand its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market by providing services to capital providers, landowners, developers and homebuilders. In particular, he has established a strong reputation for himself by specializing in large-scale master planned communities, infill residential development and commercial property brokerage. In 2019, Reilly was named a Top 10 producer of Land Advisors Organization’s national network.

These are just a few reasons we chose Reilly as one of the Texas 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Aspects of Reilly that make him stand out include being diligent in his research and a master the nuances of local political environments while maintaining a level head and positive outlook in negotiations between all principal parties, colleagues say. Over the years, these skills and trust building through his communication style have resulted in success both professionally and in his philanthropic efforts, where he also stands out as a leader.
