2020 Next Generation Honoree: CBRE’s Tiffany Johnson Recognized as Hardworking Trailblazer

Johnson was hired in 2009 to be the lead real estate broker at Healthpeak Properties, a diversified REIT with a global portfolio worth $20 billion. Johnson oversaw the REIT’s Phoenix portfolio consisting of more than 300,000 square feet of medical office space valued at $90M. In 2010, Tiffany joined Cushman & Wakefield and was the only female out of 70 brokers in the office. While at CushWake, Johnson’s talents were quickly recognized with her promotion to partner on the healthcare team in less than six months by surpassing sales targets by 150%.
Johnson joined CBRE in 2013 as a VP to lead the firm’s Carolina efforts in healthcare. While at CBRE, Johnson successfully led a portfolio optimization for UNC/Pardee Health System. Her career so far has culminated in more than $500 million in commercial real estate transactions that provided a meaningful impact to the communities she served.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Johnson to be one of the Atlanta and Southeast region 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
Johnson continues to invest in her future albites to give back within corporate real estate by participating in CoreNet Global as a young leader member and pursuing her Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR).
