2020 Next Generation Honoree: CBRE’s Jackie Marshall is Prolific Dealmaker

As an SVP with CBRE’s office investor leasing team in Dallas-Fort Worth, Jackie Marshall specializes in providing marketing and leasing strategies aligned with the investment objectives of her clients. Her focus is on creative office properties and the repositioning of existing office spaces. She currently is responsible for the marketing and leasing of over four million square feet of office space across the urban and suburban Dallas submarkets.

Over her career, Marshall has worked on a total of 549 deals encompassing 4.8 million sq. ft. for a total consideration of $2.1 billion. In 2019 alone, Jackie brokered 72 transactions – better than one deal per week – for a total consideration of $154.6 million. She was recognized as a Power Broker by D CEO, a leading business publication in Dallas.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Marshall to be one of the Texas 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Marshall has made it a priority in her career to connect and mentor other women at CBRE. She is an active participant in CBRE’s Women Network and is a former Field Delegate representing the Dallas-Fort Worth market in the organization. This appointed position requires applicants to go through an extensive evaluation process, and her selection as a delegate demonstrates Marshall’s commitment to mentoring other women within CBRE.
