2020 Next Generation Honoree: Avison Young’s Chandler Larsen Rises to Top Swiftly

Avison Young’s Chandler Larsen is an office leasing specialist, focused on a variety of industries, including national law firms, entertainment, technology and financial services. Throughout his career, he has been an active member and leader with the firm, and was named a Principal of the firm in March 2020.

Over the past two years, Chandler has played key roles in several large transactions totaling 1.3 million square feet of lease transactions, making him Avison Young Southern California’s 2019 No. 5 producer.

Chandler is truly a fast-rising leader in the commercial real estate industry with an impressive amount of accomplishments related to his career in brokerage, as well as in community and industry involvement.

Christopher Cooper, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Southern California region, says, “Chandler has consistently been an impressive and successful broker since he joined us five years ago, and is truly deserving of this promotion to Principal. His steadfast commitment to serving his clients, while meeting their goals and objectives, has afforded them with superior results that foster lasting relationships. He is an excellent example of Avison Young’s culture of putting our clients and their long-term success first.”

These are just some of the reasons we chose Larsen as one of the California 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
