Women in Real Estate 2019: B+E’s Camille Renshaw Puts Ideas into Action

Camille Renshaw is CEO of B+E, an online investment brokerage firm specializing in triple-net lease real estate. Reportedly it’s the first NNN trading platform consisting of user-friendly dashboards, real-time predictive pricing and an AI-driven exchange. Launched in late 2017, B+E has already brokered what’s reportedly the largest commercial real estate transaction by a digital platform with a $324-million Cabela’s sale-leaseback.

The rapid acceptance of B+E is a testament to Renshaw’s willingness to think outside the box, her acumen at team-building and putting ideas into action, and her well-honed commercial real estate skills. Prior to B+E, she was head of sales for Ten-X, and before that founded the Stan Johnson Company’s New York office where she led the sales team as its top producer for five years. She was also director of the U.S. capital markets division of Colliers International.

These are just some of the reasons we chose Renshaw as one of the 2019 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

Despite Renshaw’s busy schedule as a CEO, she still finds time to give back. She serves as an executive in residence at the NYU Stern School of Business, as a board member on the Rutgers Big Data Advisory Board (part of the Rutgers University Center for Innovation Education), and as an advisor to DreamIt’s UrbanTech Accelerator.
