Women in Real Estate 2019: Advisors Living’s Janice Dumont Advises Developers

Janice Dumont is the CEO of Advisors Living, a division of Boston Realty Advisors and recognized market leader in the planning, design, marketing and sales of new luxury residential developments throughout Greater Boston and New England. She’s regularly retained at the due diligence and zoning stage to advise developers on how to deliver the best product for each marketplace.

Year to date, Dumont has been the top-ranked residential sales broker in Boston. Including all single-family and condominium transactions, she has closed more than $300 million in sales, equivalent to 5% of Boston’s total market volume.

As the broker of record, Dumont has advised on more than $1 billion of transactions within the last year, representing some of Boston’s most transformative projects. These assignments have included Pier4 in the Seaport, The Mark in East Boston and 100 Shawmut in the South End.

These are just some of the reasons we chose Dumont as one of the 2019 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

Dumont is actively involved in supporting various community initiatives, including the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, The Community Builders and Montrose Community Schools. She’s also passionate about helping career development activities for students, and is an ongoing contributor to One Mission, Pay it Forward Backpack Project and many other community organizations.
