Women in Real Estate 2019: Kidder Mathews’ Patricia Loveall Leads Through Top Performance

Patricia Loveall, SIOR, is an executive vice president and shareholder of Kidder Mathews, and brings more than 35 years commercial real estate experience with the Seattle-based firm. She started at the firm in 1983 and has been a consistent Top 10% Producer.

Loveall specializes in Corporate Real Estate Services and her practice includes both leasehold and fee acquisitions, as well as dispositions. She has provided corporate services representation for such firms as Boeing, PACCAR, TIAA-CREF, Home Depot the State of Washington, and Weyerhaeuser. She has also been responsible for sales and leasing in excess of 20 million square feet of office and industrial space, and land sales in excess of 1,000 acres.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Loveall as one of the 2019 Women in Real Estate Award winners. She has completed industrial build-to-suit deals for Home Depot Distribution Services, Michaels Distribution Center, and Primus International, while her industrial tenant representation assignments include those for HD Supply, Pregis, and JC Penney. She’s also handled landlord representation for TIAA-CREF and The Boeing. Office tenant representation includes the Eddie Bauer World Headquarters and Univar USA Headquarters.

Loveall has served on numerous CRE industry organizations, including SIOR Washington Chapter President, Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors President, CREW Seattle Board of Directors, Kidder Mathews Board of Directors, SIOR Distribution & Logistics Chair, SIOR Foundation Trustee, SIOR Regional Director – Northwest. She is also a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), King County Board of Realtors, NAR, and Washington Association of Commercial Realtors.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
