Top Broker Honoree: Eric Anton

Over a career spanning 25 years, Eric Anton has completed more than $12.5 billion in CRE transactions. Anton and his team at Marcus & Millichap focus on investment sales and equity placement throughout the New York metropolitan area.

During 2018, his first full year with Marcus & Millichap, Anton completed $145.5 million in transactions. The largest was the sale of 420 E. 80th St., an apartment property on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, which the Anton team sold on behalf of Equity Residential.

In lining up potential buyers, “We pinpointed several value-add firms that were very enthusiastic about the potential upside and created a competitive bidding environment,” Anton said. “We worked closely with all the interested investors and provided detailed research to quantify risks.”
