Top Broker Honorees: Mark Sullivan, Joshua Gorin and Andrew Lustgarten

With a combined 70 years’ experience and 80 million square feet in deals, the Savills team of Mark Sullivan, Joshua Gorin and Andrew Lustgarten has an impressive resume representing tenants across sectors, property types and regions. In 2018 alone, the Los Angeles-based team amassed volume of eight million square feet of both leases and dispositions, valued at $2.5 billion.

Among those transactions was the sale of the largest remaining block of land in Malibu, a portfolio of commercial and residential acreage that sold for nearly $100 million to the Kelemen Company. It included parcels assembled over 30 years by the Perenchio estate.

“Undeveloped land anywhere in Malibu is rare, and its value cannot be quantified in dollars alone,” said Malibu Mayor Rick Mullen.
