Top Broker Honoree: Kevin Shannon

Over 23 years, Kevin Shannon has led the sale of more than $60 billion of office, industrial, self-storage, retail, land and mixed-use assets. As co-head of U.S. capital markets at NKF, Shannon leads an El Segundo, CA-based team that in 2018 closed $5.96 billion in office sales.

One of 2018’s most significant transactions for Shannon was the $196-million sale of 1000 Wilshire, a 476,941-square-foot trophy tower in Downtown Los Angeles last March. With team members Rob Hannan, Laura Stumm, Michael Moll and Ken White, Shannon represented Lincoln Property Company in the sale to Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management.

1000 Wilshire was DTLA’s largest office sale in 2018, and was especially significant because it demonstrated the increased depth of investment capital for office in this submarket.
