Top Broker Honoree: Christopher Roeder

At JLL, Christopher Roeder represents some of San Francisco’s largest office landlords, including Paramount, Kilroy Realty, Brookfield, Bentall Kennedy, MetLife and Nuveen Real Estate (formerly TH Real Estate). The 20-year veteran is constantly sought out by institutional landlords and investors doing business in San Francisco to represent some of the city’s largest properties as well as new developments.

Roeder led a 39-member leasing team responsible for 11 of San Francisco’s 25 largest deals in 2018. Six of those were handled personally by Roeder, and included the city’s largest leasing deal on record for both dollar amount and square footage.

All told, Roeder secured $2.65 billion in lease value for San Francisco’s office landlords, totaling more than 2.4 million square feet across 21 major office properties in the city.
