Top Broker Honoree: Mike Moran
2018 saw Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Moran having one of the most prolific years in his career, negotiating more than $1 billion in leases covering more than 1.3 million square feet of real estate. These included two of the largest office and R&D leases on the Peninsula as well as Bay Area, both involving complex negotiations.
In the largest deal, Moran co-represented foreign developer Kylli in fully leasing Burlingame Point, an 803,000-square foot Class A office campus currently under construction, to Facebook.
He also represented PGIM Real Estate in a 100,190-square-foot R&D lease extension & expansion with tenant Proteus Digital Health at the Bayshore Technology Park in Redwood Shores. The deal involved staggered occupancy as part of the expansion, plus renewal in an adjacent building.
