Top Broker Honorees: Darla Longo and Barbara Perrier

Darla Longo, Barbara Perrier and their team at CBRE consistently rank among the leaders in U.S. investment sales, and 2018 was no exception. The team closed $6.7 billion worth of industrial deals last year, representing 78 million square feet of commercial properties sold to 44 unique buyers.

Some of their largest deals for the year included the $121-million sale of sale of 5300 Sheila Street in Commerce, the $114-million sale of Colony Commerce Center Phase II in Ontario, the $100.5-million sale of Redlands Gateway Logistics Center in Redlands, and the $84.2-million sale of Backlot Burbank in Burbank.

As two of the most well-known and active investment sales professionals in the industry, Longo and Perrier have become nationally-recognized entrepreneurial leaders, visionaries, motivators and mentors.
