Top Broker Honoree: Glen Kunofsky

In both the New York region and nationally, Marcus & Millichap’s Glen Kunofsky is an investment sales force to be reckoned with. Kunofsky, who joined the firm in 2001, and his team completed more than $1.8 billion in single-tenant net lease sales, with 432 transactions across 30 states during 2018.

That tally included more than $600 million in exclusive exchange proceeds from New York City-area multifamily and retail sales.

In addition, Kunofsky and his team completed $600 million in sale-leasebacks, including a two-million-square-foot SLB on an industrial facility. Within the SLB space, Kunofsky structures and executes multiple different programs with varying leases, capital needs, and timelines.

Additionally, through his exclusive 1031 exchange engagements, Kunofsky and team execute extremely complicated exchanges with various deadlines and capital structures.
