Top Broker Honoree: Chris Wood

From headquarters relocations in downtown Chicago, to build-to-suits in diverse geographic locations, Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Wood delivers real estate solutions that reflect his clients’ unique strategic visions.

Within a short six-month time frame, he completed a relocation to Chicago’s Aon Center for Kemper Corporation that reflected the tenant’s desire to modernize its headquarters workplace to better support the firm’s business initiatives, recruitment and retention efforts. He secured a market-favorable concession package and prominent signage in the tower’s lobby for Kemper.

2018 also represented the fulfillment of a two-year process to secure a 537,000-square-foot BTS headquarters lease for Charter Communications at Gateway Harbor Point in Stamford, CT.

All told, Wood arranged 84 leasing deals in 2018, valued at $1 billion and totaling three million square feet.
