Top Broker Honoree: Al Silva

Marcus & Millichap’s Al Silva, senior managing director investments, completed a total of 28 transactions in 2018, leading all Fort Worth-based investment sales agents in Tarrant County. He focused exclusively on B and C multifamily properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Silva’s most notable transaction of 2018 was an eight-property portfolio consisting of 2,048 units and acquired by a locally-based group. He completed a variety of transactions representing sellers from in-state, out-of-state and from international countries.

The vast majority of transactions that Silva represented in 2018 involved buyers that focused on bettering local communities, with resident safety a key component. He has spent the bulk of his career working with owners and municipalities to improve undeserved communities. He’s also a big believer in green initiative programs.
