Top Broker Honoree: J. Holmes Davis
Dallas-based J. Holmes Davis is a senior vice president with Binswanger, where he’s responsible for industrial sales and leasing and corporate relationships in the Southwestern U.S.
2018 was a typically-productive year for Davis, who amassed 4.9 million in square feet of sales transactions, totaling $146 million.
The two largest on the basis of square footage were a 1.3-million-square-foot sale in DeSoto, TX, where Davis represented Kohler in the consolidation and expansion of its distribution center operations in North Texas; and the sale of 2200 South Business 45, a 1.4-million-square-foot facility in Corsicana that formerly housed Home Depot warehousing operations, to Solo Cup/Dart Container.
Davis also represented Albertsons Companies in the sale of its 700,644-square-foot Randall’s Grocery warehouse and distribution center in Houston to Crow Holdings Industrial.
