Top Broker Honorees: Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman

Founded in 1997 and based in Wilmette, IL, the Boulder Group is a boutique services firm that specializes in single-tenant net lease properties. Serving buyers and sellers that range from individual investors and family offices to institutional ownership groups and Fortune 500 companies and retailers, the company has been able to drive significant value for its clients who look for sale leaseback advisory services or matters requiring complicated structures.

2018 was a record year for the Boulder Group, with transaction volume up 36% from 2017. The duo of president Randy Blankstein and partner Jimmy Goodman completed 121 transactions totaling $527 million during the year. Among other accomplishments, they facilitated the marketing process for a portfolio of single-tenant grocery stores for one-off acquisitions totaling more than $100 million.
