Next Generation Honoree: Colliers’ Patrick Hewitt Finds Opportunities

Patrick Hewitt is a VP with Colliers International Chicago’s corporate solutions team, led by principal David Burden. He joined the group in 2018 and played an instrumental role in the team’s record year, a year in which they closed 94 transactions totaling more than one million square feet, valued at $150 million.

Colleagues say they’re continually impressed with Hewitt’s strong business development skills across multiple industries, from financial and professional services to legal and technology. He possesses a keen ability to find opportunities most others would overlook, perhaps due to his tenacious and highly organized cold-calling routine. He’s a people person who easily connects with others, building long-term relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Thanks to a robust understanding of clients’ needs and market fundamentals, Hewitt has grown into a knowledgeable and trusted partner to his clients.
