Next Generation Honoree: Conor’s Grady Capobianco Takes Ownership of Projects

Taking ownership of this project involved bringing the equity partner up to speed on the plans, serving as the main point of contact and dealing with unexpected challenges as they arose. All of this was achieved with minimal need for supervision, exhibiting his self-starter traits.
These are just some of the reasons we chose Capobianco to be one of the Chicago 2019 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
Not yet 30, Capobianco has proven that he is able to foresee market trends and plan accordingly in order to lead the company to success. Recently, the market experienced an oversupply of real estate. However, Capobianco anticipated the end of this oversupply and, thus, was able to plan for how the company would proceed as soon as demand began to rise again. Because of this strategic planning, the company was able to be first out of the ground in 2019.
