Next Generation Honoree: Marcus & Millichap’s Tony Pepdjonovic Brings a Wealth of Knowledge
At Marcus & Millichap, Tony Pepdjonovic specializes in representing clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties, as well as land development sites in Greater Boston. He also has extensive experience guiding clients through the 1031 exchange process. A VP investments, Pepdjonovic provides an expansive wealth of market knowledge and expertise to property owners, private investors, developers, and industry professionals alike.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Pepdjonovic to be one of the Boston 2019 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
Colleagues call Pepdjonovic’s ability to adapt to all situations during the marketing and escrow period very impressive. This skill has allowed him to close even the most complicated of transactions—and has helped garner him in-house accolades, including the Sales Recognition Award for 2017 and 2018 as well as National Achievement Award Winner in 2018.
Aside from his accomplishments at Marcus & Millichap, Pepdjonovic is an active member of the community and a volunteer and donor to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Boston Marathon, and Boston College High School. Tony also serves on the Board of Directors for Quincy After School Child Care, Inc., which provides affordable child care and enrichment services for children of families that reside in his hometown of Quincy, MA.
