Top Broker Honorees: Avison Young’s Michael Gottlieb, Martin Cottingham and Carolyn Conroy-Romano

Michael Gottlieb,  Martin Cottingham and Carolyn Conroy-Romano of Avison Young New York closed transactions to lease a total of 448,441 square feet of office space in 2017. These 57 transactions had a total value of $1.1 billion.

The trio is one of Avison Young New York’s top-producing brokerage teams. The team secured a large-block tenant for Times Square South and worked on a 29,000-square-foot deal at 100 Broadway for Vital Strategies, a not-for-profit focused on global health programs for low- and middle-income communities.
