Top Broker Honoree: NKF’s Howard Dallmar

Howard Dallmar of NKF arranged a total of 1.6 million square feet of office leases in 2017. These 42 transactions had a total value of $1.3 billion.

His deals include Facebook’s lease of more than 200,000 square feet in Menlo Gateway Phase I, at 100 Independence Dr. in Menlo Park, CA. The social media giant took another 520,000 square feet at the second phase of the development.
