Top Brokers Honoree: CBRE National Partners
In 2017, the CBRE National Partners team closed transactions resulting in $10.8 billion in sales of land and industrial properties in more than 100 cities. Their deals pushed cap rates to historic lows. Nearly half of their total volume came from giant deals larger than $100 million.
The team was involved in 256 separate transactions, including many that brought in foreign capital. They made numerous trips internationally to meet in person with foreign investors, and connect global capital with domestic industrial opportunities.
The 24-member team includes: Jack Fraker, Darla Longo, Barbara Perrier, Val Achtemeier, Ryan Bain, Randy Baird, Trey Barry, Jonathon Bryan, Mike Caprile, Eric Cox, Frank Fallon, Brian Fiumara, Zach Graham, Brett Hartzell, Michael Hines, Steve Kundert, Scott Lewis, Heather McClain, Rebecca Perlmutter, Chris Riley, Steve Roth, Brad Ruppel, Matt Schmidt and Ryan Thornton.
