Top Broker Honoree: Cushman & Wakefield’s Kelley Parker
Kelley Parker of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc., closed 50 leasing transactions totaling four million square feet of industrial space in 2017. These deals had a total value of $351 million.
Kelley is a top industrial producer at Cushman & Wakefield year after year. He also leads the most successful deep-water marine industrial team in Houston, Texas.
His transactions in 2017 included leases for Vinmar Properties, Kuraray America, Inc. and MRC Global.
