Top Broker Honoree: Cushman & Wakefield’s Marc Renard

Marc Renard of Cushman & Wakefield closed sales of commercial real estate totaling $1.1 billion in 2017, including land, multifamily, office, retail and mixed-use properties. He has consistently been recognized as a top producer among Cushman & Wakefield’s investment sale brokers since he joined the firm in 1983. His 22 transactions in 2017 total 2.8 million square feet of space.

The sale of 8500 Sunset in July 2017 set record pricing for West Hollywood. The recently completed, 190-unit luxury multifamily development on the world-renowned Sunset Strip sold for $170 million.

The Edison, a 156-unit luxury high-rise, sold in November 2017 for $65.4 million. That works out to $420,00 per apartment, one of the highest prices ever paid in the Long Beach multifamily market.
