Next Generation Honoree: Berkadia’s Andrea Kendrick Has Knack for Closing Big Deals

Berkadia’s Andrea Kendrick is one of the top producing apartment brokers in the United States, with more than $500 million in career sales. That high-achieving accomplishment is built on an uncanny knack for quickly and accurately assessing a property’s market sales position and establishing asset value.

That is just one of the reasons we chose Kendrick to be one of the ten national 2017 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Kendrick has earned a plethora of professional honors and recognition in the St. Louis business community, as well as in the CRE industry. Highlights include a Business Journal 30 Under 30 accolade, six CoStar Power Broker honors for Top Broker, completion of the largest multifamily sale in St. Louis (Villages of Bogey Hills), and a St. Louis Association of Realtors’ Heavy Hitter Award for the largest multifamily sale.

Aside from those impressive professional accomplishments, the 33-year-old carves time out of her day to mentor young women via Washington University Olin Business School Women’s Mentor Program, and serves as a big sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters’ Program for underprivileged children, while balancing life as a wife and mother of two.

Come see our honorees accept their awards at:
Connect New York on Sept. 19 2017 at The Underground, Rockefeller Center
Connect Apartments on September 28, 2017 at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown
Connect Houston on November 2, 2017 at Station 3
– Connect Westside L.A. – December 2017, location to be determined
