Next Generation Honoree: Cox Castle Nicholson’s Lindsey Barr an Impeccably Personal “Go-To” Attorney

Cox Castle Nicholson’s Lindsey Barr is a transactional real estate law associate whose accomplishments in a five-year CRE career speak volumes. She’s assisted a large public builder in completing more than $100 million in land acquisitions, supported a client in the formation of a $500-million fund, and coordinated due diligence efforts for more than 600 properties in several states.

Those are just some of the reasons we chose Barr to be one of the five 2017 Next Generation Award winners for the California region. Connect Media’s Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

An impeccable work product has established Barr as a “go-to” associate for nearly every transaction, says Cox Castle Nicholson Partner, Erica Bose, who notes Barr makes authentic personal connections part of a normal routine.

Cox Castle Nicholson’s Management Committee selected her to run its Summer Associate program, and peers recently selected Barr to serve as a chair of the newly-formed Associate Committee.

She earned a coveted spot on NAIOP Young Professionals Group’s 35 Under 35, and earned recognition as a 2017 Southern California Super Lawyer and Rising Star. Barr also manages to seamlessly balance work with a role as mother to twin two-year-old daughters. She recently founded the Bad Ass Woman’s Dinner Club, out of a desire to expose her girls to strong female leaders at her home, while simultaneously connecting with professional women.
