Avison Young Lists UES Portfolio Through Ten-X

The Tri-State Investment Sales Group for Avison Young announced a June 21 deadline to submit bids through the Ten-X platform for a commercial real estate portfolio comprised of 12 Upper East Side buildings with 261 residential and two retail units. Avison Young’s James Nelson, Brandon Polakoff, David Shalom, Bradley Rothchild and Eric Karmitz are marketing the property on behalf of ownership. 

“The portfolio offers an immediate value-add opportunity in one of Manhattan’s most desirable neighborhoods and has already generated a tremendous amount of interest from investors,” said Nelson.

The 12 properties are in close proximity to one another. They include 418 E. 77th St., 422 E. 77th St., 441 E. 75th St., 1409 York Ave., 1411 York Ave., 423 E. 77th St., 305 E. 75th St., 439 E. 74th St., 327 E. 75th St., 442 E. 75th St., 309 E. 91st St. and 425 E. 75th St.
