There is No Surprise in Landsea’s Addition of Homesites

Residential builder Landsea Homes Corporation recently closed on 193 additional homesites at North Copper Canyon in Surprise. Landsea has sold 627 homes since entering North Copper Canyon in 2018.

This collection of 193 new homesites at North Copper Canyon will consist of one- and two-story single-family homes with 14 floorplans. Homes will offer options for two to five bedrooms with up to five car garages.

North Copper Canyon’s proximity to the new Loop 303 offers access to Surprise Village Shopping Center and the Marketplace at Prasada as well as regional offices for companies including American Express, Intel Corporation, Honeywell and Mastech Digital.

Construction is underway and sales are expected to commence in spring 2022.

Surprise is located in the northwest Phoenix Metropolitan area, just 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix and the Sky Harbor International Airport. It’s one of the 10 largest cities in Arizona, with access to nearby White Tank Mountains and Lake Pleasant regional parks.
