J.C. Anderson Completes Buildout for Repeat Client Vornado
J.C. Anderson has completed a 20,000-square-foot spec suite buildout for Vornado Realty Trust at theMART, located at 222 Merchandise Mart Plaza downtown. It’s the latest in a series of projects J.C. Anderson has completed for Vornado at the iconic office and showroom building, which have ranged from a buildout for Yelp to the creation of a grand staircase in the main lobby.
“We are thrilled to have been given the opportunity by Vornado to complete another build-out within theMart,” said project executive John Angelovich.
“Landlords and property managers are currently bullish on spec suites, lobbies and amenities. With many corporate lease transactions and office decisions on hold, buildings are adding value and move-in ready space for an anticipated return-to-work,” said J.C. Anderson President Mike Yazbec.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Angelovich, project manager Kayla McKinney and superintendent Glenn Panfil. EWP Architects provided the architectural services.
