Construction Underway on Boston’s One Post Office Square Office Project

Anchor Line Partners and JLL has announced that construction is underway on the redevelopment of the One Post Office Square office building in downtown Boston.

One Post Office Square is LEED certified and will offer expanded floor-to-ceiling glass, along with high performance sustainable initiatives when it delivers in 2022.  Conference rooms, a fitness center, as well as private and communal outdoor spaces have been designed to make connections to the outdoors and fresh air to enhance wellness and productivity. Four tenants have signed leases at One Post Office Square, including law firm Sullivan & Worcester, financial services firm Appleton Partners, commercial real estate services firm JLL and leading global bank, Citi, all totaling approximately 185,000 square feet.
