CO Architects Locate New Digs at Wilshire Courtyard
Los Angeles-based CO Architects recently signed a new long-term lease for 27,461 square feet at the class-A Onni Group’s Wilshire Courtyard office campus in Los Angeles. The company will be located on the fifth floor of the six-story building at 5750 Wilshire Blvd.
The dual-building campus is situated in Miracle Mile at 5700 and 5750 Wilshire Blvd., totaling approximately 1 million square feet. The buildings were originally developed in the late 1980s but underwent significant interior and exterior renovations in 2015. The campus is certified LEED EB: O&M – Gold and is a five-time winner of BOMA’s outstanding building of the year award.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Bernstein, Peter Collins and Scott Menkus in the firm’s Los Angeles office lead project leasing efforts and represented Onni Group in the transaction. CO Architects was represented in the lease by Mike Catalano of Savills.
The project currently offers approximately 400,000 square feet of available office space for lease ranging from small move-in ready spec suites, mid-range second generation space and large blocks of contiguous space including full-floor 100,000-square-foot floorplates. The campus is currently home to several major leading brands within the media, entertainment as well as tech industries.
“The property’s proximate location to several production studios also serves as a significant advantage for companies in these industries,” Bernstein notes.
