Woodmont Names Former Roseland President as EVP

Woodmont Properties has named Andrew Marshall EVP. In his new role at Woodmont, Marshall will support Woodmont’s continued growth across various real estate platforms including multifamily, luxury senior housing, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and recreation.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Andrew, who is a true industry veteran and established expert in all aspects of real estate development, to the Woodmont Properties team,” said Woodmont president Lewis Zlotnick. “As Woodmont continues to grow and expand geographically,  we look forward to the contributions Andy will bring to the table including our ongoing initiatives spanning the Northeast, and our long-term goal to continue strategically expanding the Woodmontportfolio.”

Before joining Woodmont, Marshall served as president and COO of Roseland Residential Trust, a subsidiary REIT of Mack-Cali. Notably, Marshall oversaw the $3-billion multi-phase, mixed-use redevelopment of Port Imperial, a 200-acre, former industrial brownfield site on the Hudson River in Weehawken and West New York, NJ.
