Essex Realty Group is marketing a 48-unit garden-style condominium property at 10111-10117 Old Orchard Ct. in the north Chicago suburb of Skokie, IL. Listed for $6,840,000, the property is being offered as a condominium deconversion opportunity under Section 15 of the Illinois Condominium Act.
