JLL Tapped to Lease Union, NJ Office Complex
Liberty Hall Joint Venture has engaged JLL as the leasing agents for Liberty Hall Corporate Center I, a 216,000-square-foot, five-story, Class-A office complex located at 1085 Morris Ave. in Union, NJ. David Stifelman, managing director, and Chris Conklin, EVP, will lead the JLL team leasing the property.
“We are excited to partner with Liberty Hall Venture Partners to lease this Class A asset,” said Stifelman. “It’s the first time since the property was constructed that the building has been available in its entirety on a direct basis and we have already begun fielding inquiries from full building and partial floor users who want a headquarters quality building with direct access to all major highways, train and bus service and world class talent.”
The property is in within walking distance to NJ Transit’s Union Station and is convenient to the Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike and U.S. Routes 22 and 1&9.
