Weatherford Commons Finds LLC Buyer

An investment LLC based in the Houston area has acquired Weatherford Commons, a 34,448-square-foot retail center located at 1930-1974 South Main St. for an undisclosed price. Weatherford Commons, which incorporates three retail buildings, is located in Weatherford’s retail trade area along South Main Street with direct access off of IH-20W.

The center’s tenant mix includes Starbucks, T-Mobile, Great Clips, GameStop, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and Cotton Patch Café. The center is shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter and benefits from its position in the center of the market’s prominent retail district.

Gretchen Miller and Matthew Rosenfeld with Weitzman handled negotiations for the seller, a Fort Worth-based LLC.
