CBRE Arranges $52M Sale of Weston Office Park

CBRE has arranged the $52.2 million sale of the fee simple interest in Weston Corporate Center, a recently renovated Class-A office park located in Weston, FL.

The property consists of two buildings, Weston Corporate Center I & II, that support a combined 149,103 square feet. The seller, KBS, acquired the property in 2015 and implemented upgrades to the center, including updated atrium lobbies with new furniture and a coffee bar, as well as a full renovation of all the multi-tenant restrooms in both buildings. The office park is located at 2500 Weston Road and 2700 S. Commerce Parkway.

Christian Lee and José Lobón of CBRE represented KBS in the transaction. The buyer was a joint venture between Banyan Street Capital and Independencia Asset Management.
