Anecdote Candles Consolidates Operations into Liberty Bklyn

Madison Capital and Salmar Properties have closed a lease with new tenant Anecdote Candles for 7,200 square feet of multipurpose industrial space at Liberty Bklyn on the Brooklyn Waterfront in Sunset Park. Move-in is slated for early this summer.

The move comes as Anecdote Candles is consolidating its national multi-state manufacturing footprints with a new prebuilt headquarters suite at Liberty Bklyn. The space will accommodate all manufacturing, shipping, production, creative and administrative functions, helping Anecdote streamline its business and accelerate growth.

“We are excited to welcome Anecdote Candles to Liberty Bklyn,” said John Clote, Vice President, Madison Capital. “Anecdote is a Brooklyn-born company that exemplifies the kind of scalability Liberty Bklyn can empower in Sunset Park, New York’s most dynamic industrial hub.”
