Ariel Lists Pair of East Harlem Properties for $12M

Ariel Property Advisors has secured $11.75 million in exclusive listings at two properties in East Harlem: 524 E. 119th St., a six-story, 35-unit multifamily building, and 88 E. 111th St., a six-story, 30-unit mixed-use building.

524 E. 119th is listed for $6.25 million, while 88 E.111th is listed for $5.5 million. Both properties are being listed by an Ariel team including Victor Sozio, EVP, investment sales; Mark Anderson, director, investment sales; Michael Tortorici, EVP, investment sales; and Courtney Lee, associate director, investment sales.

The properties are convenient to major new workforce hubs, such as the historic and recently redeveloped Corn Exchange Building and the New York Proton Center. For commuters, the locations offer quick access to Midtown Manhattan, the outer boroughs and beyond via the 6 train and the nearby Metro North station at East 125th Street. Additionally, the nearby FDR Drive presents easy car access.
