JLL Brokers $12M Sale of New Hampshire Retail Property

JLL has arranged the $11.5 million sale of a 51,230-square-foot retail building in Franklin, N.H.

The property has been leased to Hannaford Supermarket for 30 years. The retailer recently extended its lease. The 11.5-acre property is located north of Manchester and has the capacity to support 13,000 square feet of new development.

Nat Heald and Chris Angelone of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also disclosed.
