Founders 3 Will Lease Up North Wells Offices in Milwaukee’s Westown
Founders 3 Real Estate Services was awarded the office leasing assignment for HUB640, a mixed-use development located at 640 N. Vel R. Phillips Ave. in Milwauke’s active Westown neighborhood. The firm’s John Davis and Ned Purtell will lease up the property’s 205,000 square feet of office space.
Purchased in 2017 by North Wells Capital, an affiliate of Urban Innovations, the 120-year-old Milwaukee building was formerly home to the corporate offices of The Bon-Ton Stores Inc. and its longtime Boston Store. North Wells renovated the property to itengrate its history with modern amenities.
