Alta Upland Takes Advantage of Inland Empire Growth

Wood Partners kicked off the grand opening of its newest residential community, Alta Upland, in Upland. The community’s 203 units include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with open-concept designs.

Alta Upland offers residents a range of amenities to maximize Southern California’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle including walking and hiking trails that surround the property. Indoor amenities include a fitness/yoga studio and a business center.

“Upland and the greater Inland Empire have been experiencing continuous growth over the past several years and we are excited to be a part of that expansion,” said Joe Gambill, managing director for Wood Partners in Southern California.

Located at 1160 East 19th St., Alta Upland will provide unobstructed mountain and valley views, and walkability to shopping and dining at the adjacent retail development, The Colonies Crossroads.
