C-III Capital Makes Four-Mile Trek to New HQ Digs
C-III Capital Partners recently moved its regional headquarters to a 10,000-square-foot space at Las Colinas Connection I located at State Highway 114 and President George Bush Turnpike in Irving. The four-mile move from 5221 N. O’Connor Blvd. to 6031 Connection Dr. provides a more convenient location for more than 40 employees.
Tom Lynn and Zach Stevens, both of NAI Robert Lynn, represented the tenant along with Jay Olshonsky, president and CEO of NAI Global. Sarah Kennington and Bryce Jackson of Thirty-Four Commercial represented the landlord, Piedmont Office Realty Trust.
“Over the last 12 months, the pandemic sent the office market into an almost panic,” said Stevens. “But even while most offices were shut down, we used our submarket knowledge in Las Colinas to act quickly to ensure clients like C-III located the best possible office space in the shortest amount of time.”
