CBRE Arranges Sale of 107K-SF Sarasota Office Building
CBRE has arranged the sale of the Carrier Corporation Training Facility, a 106,79-square-foot, single-tenant office building located on a 12-acre site in the Sarasota-Bradenton submarket. The sales price was not disclosed.
Located at 8985 Town Center Parkway in Bradenton, the property is 100% leased to Carrier Global Corp. for its Fire and Security operating segment. Ownership extended the lease for five years prior to the sale.
Located in Lakewood Ranch along the Interstate 75 Corridor, the property was originally constructed in 2004 by Duke Realty Corp. as a built-to-suit for the tenant. The property serves as one of two corporate training facilities for customers and vendors to obtain sales training and operational certifications with the Edwards brand of fire and life safety equipment developed within Carrier Global Corporations’ Fire and Security operating segment.
Dale Peterson, Joe Chick, Kristen McFarland and Courtney Snell of CBRE’s West Florida Capital Markets team represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also not disclosed.
