Westwinds Wholesale Doors Locks Down Industrial Space

A 23,172-square-foot industrial lease was recently inked for Westwinds Wholesale Doors Inc. at Settlers Crossing in Round Rock. Westwinds Wholesale Doors is a wholesale distribution company providing door products to contractors and installers in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado and the surrounding regions.

NAI Partners’ Troy Martin represented the tenant in the transaction. Adam Green with Stream Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.
