Presidium at Waterford Has Smart Features Dialed In

Presidium at Waterford, a 281,533-square-foot/283-unit residential community in north Austin just minutes from The Domain, will bring an environmentally conscious community to one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation. Presidium recently broke ground on the first phase of Presidium Waterford. This five-six story community located at 183 and Waterford Centre Blvd. will be directly adjacent to 183 and Mopac when first units deliver in December 2022.

Designed by Dallas-based O’Brien Architects and Atlanta-based Dwell Design Studio, each unit will include smart thermostats, smart lighting and smart touchless unit, and amenity entries that can be accessed through a single smartphone app.
