Peterson Cos. Secures Four Retail Leases at National Harbor in Metro D.C.

Developer Peterson Cos. has secured new retail leases with BurgerFi, Roll by Goodyear, Girlkin Lashes and MahoganyBooks at National Harbor, a 280,700-square-foot retail development in Suburban Maryland’s Oxon Hill neighborhood.

The new leases include a 2,714-square-foot BurgerFi location, a 1,616-square-foot Roll by Goodyear location, a 1,311-square-foot Girlkin Lashes location and a 1,408-square-foot MahoganyBooks location. Additional retailers already occupying the development include Carhartt, Alex and Ani, Build-A-Bear Workshop, ZAAF, A Beautiful Closet, BrookieGirl and The Furlough Cheesecake.

The Waterfront District at National Harbor is approximately 11 miles from Washington, D.C., and on average sees 14 million visitors a year. The development also features the Capital Wheel, a 180-foot observation wheel.
