One Source Capital Hires Doug Bagnasco as Chief Credit Officer

One Source Business Capital has hired Doug Bagnasco as chief credit officer. In his new role, Bagnasco will assist businesses in gaining funds for commercial real estate and operations. Bagnasco will be based in Lee, MASS.

One Source provides options to companies that may not meet the lending criteria from traditional banking institutions. Bagnasco also co-manages a bed and breakfast called the Devonfield Inn, which gives him an inside perspective on small businesses and their particular needs.

“Every small business owner has unique strengths as well as challenges,” said Bagnasco. “As a small business owner myself, I recognize that ‘one size does not fit all.’ My goal is to provide creative financing solutions specific to the needs of each business to ensure their continued growth and success.”
